Pre-commissioning involves verifying individual components and systems after construction but before they are energized (e.g., checking wiring, flushing pipes). Commissioning is the process of energizing those systems and bringing the plant into full operation.
The handover package is a comprehensive dossier containing all essential project records. This includes updated As-Built drawings, P&IDs, operational manuals, maintenance procedures, vendor data, all test certificates, and a completed systems punch list.
Safety is our top priority. We manage and execute a formal Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR), which is a final verification checklist to confirm that all safety systems are functional, procedures are in place, and personnel are trained before any hydrocarbons are introduced.
